A D V E R T I S I N G    A R T 

          Illustration for advertising purposes can really take on many forms. I strive to give my clients what they envision and save personal stylistic expression for my fine art painting. Although my preference for bold colorful imagery runs through all my work, I can accomplish a variety of looks & feels appropriate for a diverse clientele who have their own individual needs. Sometimes it is necessary to conceive and compose these illustrations from scratch. Other times the client simply needs their idea rendered. Ad illustration is an adventure whether the assignment entails: inventing a graphic logo for an Internet cafe to use in print advertising and online; an artist concept painting for the local YMCA expansion plans presentation; a point-of-purchase illustration to appeal to a particular ethnic consumer; ad comps to show a client what the agency has in mind for an advertising campaign; a rendering to use in a product sales brochure; a stand out action portrait painting for the window of a Tang Soo Do studio; a retail point-of-purchase advertising illustration for computer input devices and a ton of other assignments all a little different.
